Your Center Holds Your Power

BIG BRAIN



There was a movie when I was young about some scientists who saved someone’s brain and kept it alive in a large tank. Then there was an accident and radiation leaked all over the lab and the brain got contaminated and started to grow. It gained power and got the ability to control the scientists, and as it grew it began to take over the world. You have to wonder about the intent of the big brain. Maybe find a pretty girl, give her a brain enlargement, settle down and have little big brains.

Your mind can decrease and increase its size. The period at the end of the last sentence is ink on paper. In your imagination you can shrink yourself down on the paper and see the ink. You can go further and see the molecules of ink sitting on the molecules of paper. You can go on and on, shrinking to the atom, the electron, and the tiny nucleus.

Also, you can expand yourself to float above the blue orb of the Earth, and you can go into outer space to sit on the sun and go more and more and look back at the Universe.

Your center holds power

I don’t want you to go so far down or so far away that you seem insignificant. Try this, go to a point exactly in the middle of your body, a few inches above the place where you were connected to your mother. Silly, your belly button . . . That is, see if you can put your awareness as close as possible to your center.

Good. Now, in your mind’s eye, look down at your feet as if they were miles and miles away from you. Now, look back at your head as if it were miles and miles away almost touching the sky. You are at the center of your body.

Come back into your normal state of mind and relax. You are a very significant person. Soon, and very soon indeed, you will discover what you need to learn and you will apply that knowledge in significant ways to achieve what you intend to achieve.
