MAGIC IS A HIGH ART
. . . which develops the apprentice
magician from a being of lead into one of gold. Like any other study, for
instance learning a language, how to play an instrument, or practice medicine
or law. You can expect to spend about four years to begin to learn it.
Unfortunately, there are very few ‘masters’ of real magic around to teach it
and you have to learn it from books on a trial and error basis.
CREATE SOMETHING FROM NOTING
Plenty of psychics such as Sylvia Brown will tell you
all about the zone girdling the earth and all the wonderful sights and sounds
after you pass over blah, blah. This is the lower realm of spirit, people and
places and things that titillate the emotions, but it’s not magic. Magic can be
defined as the ability to create out of nothing. That is, right here and right
now to manifest a reality, an effect . . . Or at the very least to set up
causes which in the future will manifest effects.
TAROT CARDS ARE LEAVES OF WISDOM
That the Tarot cards are leaves of Wisdom which are archetypal entrances to your subconscious mind is one way of looking at them.
Another way of viewing them is to see them as levels or stepping stones of the
apprentice magician on their way to perfecting their ability. The perfected,
sublimated soul, is sometimes referred to as “The Magna Opus” or great work.
- The first card which shows the tramp almost ready to step off a cliff with the dog at his heels shows the state of mind of the beginner who is oblivious not only to the dangers of the path but to the responsibility and magnanimity of the venture.
- The second card shows the beginning magician who deals with the four elements.
- The third card is the priestess who reads from the magic spell book.
- The fourth card is the empress who commands reality using visualization and words of power.
- The fifth card is the emperor, the four fold magician, who sits on the throne and can employ the foundations of the temple of Solomon: To know, to will, to dare, and to be silent.
- Each card, as you can easily surmise, is a paired card and so represents the plus and minus of reality. This is, so to speak, the yin and yang. Sometimes, the first card in some decks is not paired and is a joker card like this one:
22 PATHS EQUALS THREE OCTAVES
Generally in most decks there are 21 cards plus the
first card. This is three octaves. The first seven cards, the first octave,
ends with the eighth card represented by a young man in a chariot holding a
black and white horse. This card represents the magician who is able to travel
in the universe and to command the positive and negative forces of reality.
Magic takes time to learn. It’s not something a person
does sitting in front of a candle and saying a few words and then poof they get
what they want. That actually would work but most people’s consciousness is
confused. They want something now, in the next moment the pendulum swings and
they actually want the opposite.
THE RING PASS NOT AND MANIFESTING
As far as the “Ring Pass Not” is concerned this has
many levels and is quite difficult to explain, but I’ll give you an example. Say,
for instance, you want a piano. I want you to have it. However, you have no
place to put it. It’s something you know will cause you a problem, if for
instance, someone gave it to you. You don’t have room for it. The type of
thinking you’re engaging in is your “Ring Pass Not.”
Getting the objects which you desire in this reality
is not only what magic is about. In the particular above, if you want a grand
piano then a much quicker route than learning magic would be to get a job, rent
a practice studio and rent a piano. Producing things ‘magically’ takes a lot of
patience, practice, and education. , , and daring because of Karma. “Karma”
means return. For instance, if you curse someone you risk what that implies. In
a certain time that curse may return to you. Actually, you can get whatever you
want faster in this reality by simply making up your mind to do whatever it
takes to get it.
On the other hand, magical
training will forge your different bodies into an indestructible hermetically
sealed diamond which may survive the transition of death; at the very least it
is interesting enough to recommend beginning to study it. Click on image below to keep playing:
